OK! Check this out, We at Nayburhood Kool Kat are dedicated to giving our supporters 100% customer satisfaction. So on that note, when it comes to returns, exchanges and store credit, heres the run down:

Custom Orders - are not returnable or allowed for exchange. Half-price deposits accepted for the order are non-refundable. Custom Orders are 100% Handmade, and designed to fit the Customer. If there are any wardrobe malfunctions (Tears, Rips, Wrong size, etc) on any Un-worn merchandise, You will receive the 2nd payment made for the Product (taxes, shipping and handling not included). 

Sale Items - are non-refundable but are allowed to for exchange If there are any wardrobe malfunctions (Tears, Rips, Wrong size, etc...) on any Un-worn merchandise. You have within 5days of your purchase.

All Other Orders - Are non-refundable but are allowed for exchange. If there are any wardrobe malfunctions (Tears, Rips, Wrong size, etc...) on any Un-worn merchandise, Customers can Return their purchase and exchange for merchandise of same or less value.
